Partner workout. One person is working while the other is in a static hold:
100 pushups / v holds
200 box jumps / handstand
100 v-ups / wall sits
100 burpees / plank

Time: around 20mins

Gio and I cooked this one up based on a workout Dan did a few months ago. We broke things down like this: sets of 10 pushups, 20 box jumps, 10 v-ups and 5 burpees. The plank holds were killer at the end…
