AMRAP in 20 min:
5 Pull-ups
10 Knee hugs
15 Burpees
20 Jumping Jacks

11 rounds + 8 burpees

Today marked the return of Mr. Betz so we headed out for this fun little one. Burpees were definitely the limiting factor, I started to break them down 10-5 after about 8 rounds. I tried out Dan’s rotation counting method, definitely way easier than having to think too much during a workout!
