I’ve been wanting to BNCHMRK this since the Open 13.3 workout. I started out with a plan that would get me to 8:00: 20 reps/min with a few to spare. I got through the first 3 mins with 60 reps done but then moved down to sets of 10. There may have been a few no-reps in there too…
