Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)

Total Reps: 231

Was going to have a rest day but Soph wanted to work out so who am I to say no? Things broke down: 21-15-20-12-7, 23-13-21-13-11, 19-13-19-13-11. Spent the first round of rowing messing around with the settings though so could have added a few more reps on.
