Crossfit WOD – Hope 2013 BNCHMRK

AMRAP in 12 min:
50 Squats
30 Push-ups
15 Pull-ups


Not a great effort but at least I got out there this morning. The push-ups were tough and I felt like I didn’t have a strong grip on the pull-ups. Next time I should go harder on the squats!
