Dan gave us this little gem today. Great DU practice and felt pretty good overall. On the fourth round I couldn’t get into the rhythm but other than that I thought I kept moving pretty well. I think it’s best to break them into set of 25-30.

After the workout we took 4 mins rest and then did 100 push-ups for funsies. Pain.
